Who we are. This membership is run by Rugby Israel and the TLV Lions ("we"). [Responsible entity, address and contact email to be inserted.]
What we collect. The details you give us when you join — name, email, mobile/WhatsApp, country, city and, if you choose, company, job title, date of birth and language — plus what you tell us you'd like to hear about, how you'd like to be contacted, and where you joined us (for example, the event or QR code).
Why. To keep you informed about Rugby Israel and the TLV Lions — fixtures, streaming links, events, tours and ways to get involved — on the channels you choose. We do not sell your information.
Your consent. We only contact you on channels you have ticked. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can change your preferences at any time.
Where it is kept. On secure, access-controlled servers. Only authorised team members can see member records.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, from the preferences link in any email or by contacting us. Records of donations may be kept for legal and accounting purposes, without your contact details.
Laws we follow. We apply the principles of South Africa's POPIA, the EU/UK GDPR, and Israel's Privacy Protection Law to every member, wherever they live.
